ABOUT PACHO

The operations layer the industry never got

Short-term rentals got world-class tools for bookings, pricing, and channels — and spreadsheets, group chats, and heroics for the actual work. Pacho exists to fix that half.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

We didn’t set out to start a software company

We built Pacho because we were living the problem. We know the exact frustration we call the broken loop: a cleaner finds a broken faucet or a stained carpet and reports it — and then the real chaos begins. Finding the right person to fix it at the right cost, scheduling the repair around back-to-back bookings, remembering to tell the guest. A loop that runs on someone’s memory, and when memory fails, it ends the same way every time: a missed task, or a one-star review for something your own team spotted two weeks earlier.

Pacho closes that loop automatically. Not because software is interesting, but because we never wanted to live inside that loop again — and we knew every operator past 30 units was living in it too.

THE THESIS

Operations is the constraint. Everyone else is building around it.

This industry forces a tradeoff it shouldn’t: hosts who do everything themselves deliver quality but sacrifice their lives; operations that scale sacrifice quality as they grow. The tooling reflects the same blind spot — the revenue layer (bookings, pricing, channels) is served by excellent specialized software, while the execution layer that actually determines the guest’s experience runs on coordination heroics.

We believe three things. Operational execution — not marketing, not pricing — is becoming the primary driver of visibility and bookings, and the platforms’ own ranking systems now say so. The coordination work consuming operations teams is exactly the work autonomous systems can now do, reliably, at scale. And the company that owns the execution layer should be built operations-first from the ground up — which is a thing you can’t retrofit. That’s the company we’re building.

THE PEOPLE

The operators and engineers behind it

Our engineers build side by side with people who have run turnovers, dispatched cleaners, and answered the 7 AM phone call — because operations software that wasn’t shaped in the field doesn’t survive it.

TODAY

Proven on the portfolios that break other tools.

Pacho runs live operations for enterprise property managers and the service companies behind them — from multi-thousand-unit portfolios to the crews that turn them over. Operators consolidate fragmented field operations into one execution layer and scale portfolios without scaling headcount.

WORKING WITH US

More partner than vendor — because the product demands it

Operations software can’t be thrown over a wall. Every customer is onboarded by our team — data migration, integrations, training — and runs Pacho in parallel with their current process before anything cuts over. After go-live, the relationship continues, because the system keeps learning from every task your operation runs. We built it this way out of self-interest as much as principle: our product only gets better when it’s deep inside real operations, so your success is literally our data advantage.
